Senior UI/UX Developer & Frontend Engineer

I led frontend development and UI/UX design for an enterprise communications platform used by thousands of Australian businesses. That included building analytics dashboards, customer management portals, and live call monitoring interfaces. I also led the migration away from a legacy .NET frontend to Vue and Nuxt, which meant building a shared component library and design system from scratch.

I designed, built and launched a motivational quotes app from scratch, all the way to the App Store. It has daily quote cards, sharing, personalisation, and a calm, clean interface. The backend API runs on Go, which keeps it fast and simple to maintain.

I'm a Senior UI/UX Developer and Digital Designer based in Brisbane, Australia, with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of design and code. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design from Anhembi Morumbi University in São Paulo, Brazil.

My career started in branding and graphic design before moving into full-stack development. Today I specialise in Vue, Nuxt, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS on the frontend, with backend capability in Go and .NET/C#. I use Figma for all my design work: wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

What I enjoy most is working across the whole product lifecycle, from early research and wireframes right through to shipped code. Having both design and engineering skills in the same person means less back and forth, and products that actually turn out the way they were designed.

Outside of work, I run Five Small Wins, a motivational app and YouTube channel focused on daily wellness and self-improvement.
